Payment: Tickets can be ordered and paid online. Tickets are paid for when ordering.
 

Right of withdrawal: Purchased tickets are not refundable. However, it is possible to change the date and time of the ticket, as long as there are seats available. Contact the center or contact us online if you wish. Fees may apply. Tickets cannot be changed 3 months after the original visit date.
 

Checklist VR cinema

• Use of VR equipment is at your own risk. Tick this to take part in Virtual Reality at our experience centre

• Read the instructions placed on our VR cinema.

• You should avoid using our VR glasses if you are unusually tired, need sleep, if you have heart, neck or head injuries, have headaches/migraines. In the worst case, your symptoms may worsen.
   

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to experience our VR films.
 

Seizures: Some people (about 1 in 4,000) may have severe dizziness, seizures, eye or muscle twitching or blackouts triggered by flashes of light or patterns, and this may occur while watching TV, playing video games or experiencing virtual reality, even if they have never had a seizure or blackout before or have not had any seizures or epilepsy. Such seizures are more common in children and young people under the age of 20. Anyone experiencing any of these symptoms should stop using the headset and seek medical attention. Anyone who has previously had a seizure, loss of consciousness or other symptoms associated with an epileptic condition should see a doctor before using the headset.
